- Ensure HMRC RTI submissions are accurate, completed and submitted within timescales.
- Work closely with UK Payroll Manager to ensure tax year end reporting to HMRC, closure of old tax year and setting up payroll for new tax year.
- Produce regular and ad-hoc reports.
- Administer reconciliation of flexible benefit scheme, gain approval and instruct Finance re payment.
- Answer queries and be technical expert on payroll for key customers and stakeholders
- Any other key activities to process payrolls in an effective and timely manner
- Attend service reviews with key customers for payrolls worked on.
- Assist the UK Payroll Manager as required
