Manpower UK are supporting our reputable client in their search for a Scheduler to join their Peterborough office. Our client is the UK's largest independent provider of cleaning equipment. They manage thousands of sites across the UK in a wide variety of sectors including retail, healthcare, warehousing, manufacturing, distribution, and education. As well as supplying and servicing traditional cleaning equipment, they also have over a decade of experience in robotic floor cleaning machines.

Role Overview
As Regional Engineers Scheduler, your role will be managing the workloads of the engineering workforce, adhering to customer service level agreements (SLAs). You will be establishing and evolving relationships across the Service Delivery function and across the wider business.

Hour are Monday to Friday (Apply online only) working from the office with 1 day working from home.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Managing engineer diaries for the region, adhering to the customer SLAs
  • Main point of contact for all engineer and planning enquiries
  • Manage permit portals and ensure customer booking requirements are met
  • Completing administration tasks associated with closing the cases
  • Liaise with the Service Delivery Managers to ensure diaries are achievable.
  • Work with our internal colleagues based at various locations to ensure that breakdown attendance is delivered on time and in line with customer expectations
  • Ensure all daily KPIs are met
  • Installations, breakdowns, PA Test (Compliance visits) and Scheduled Service planning within established customer service level agreements
  • Update and maintain customer records within our internal database
  • Undertake any other duties as appropriate, within your competence. As required by your line manager

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Scheduling or planning experience
  • Excellent Administrative and Customer Service experience
  • IT literate and competent user of Microsoft Office Applications
  • Strong communicator with excellent telephone and email manner
  • Customer centric
  • Previous experience in a similar role/environment
