Are you passionate about property and people? Our client, a UK-leading property consultancy, is seeking a proactive Portfolio Manager to take charge of a vibrant residential portfolio within the Private Rental Sector (PRS).
This is a hands-on, forward-facing role where you'll be at the heart of managing modern rental properties—ensuring tenants are happy, landlords are supported, and operations run smoothly, from lettings to maintenance.
You'll thrive in a dynamic environment in a role that blends private property management with corporate private rental management. What you'll do
- Oversee all aspects of tenant and portfolio management for a new-build portfolio, acting as the key contact for clients, tenants, and contractors
- Coordinate lettings, renewals, and proactively minimise voids across your residential portfolio
- Arrange and manage repairs and maintenance, ensuring compliance with health & safety standards
- Conduct regular property visits and prepare clear updates and reports for client meetings
- Maintain efficient, up-to-date processes, ensure accurate budgets, and collaborate closely with your teammates

- Previous experience in residential lettings or property management is ideal, but a positive attitude counts just as much!
