We are currently recruiting for a Senior Retrofit Assessor/ Manager to join a leading Property Services company based in Peterborough on a permanent contract
You will:
- Conduct detailed retrofit assessments on residential properties.
- Identify and recommend energy efficiency improvements in line with PAS 2035.
- Work closely with Retrofit Coordinators, Designers, and Installers.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and ensure accurate data collection.
- Liaise with residents and stakeholders to ensure a smooth assessment process.
- Stay up to date with industry standards and best practices.
We are looking for:
- Certified Retrofit Assessor with experience in domestic energy efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of PAS 2035 and retrofit best practices.
- Ability to conduct thorough property assessments and produce clear reports.
- Excellent communication skills and experience liaising with stakeholders.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
