In this flexible role, you will deliver engaging, compliant RTITB training programmes on-site for a variety of clients, with the full support of our admin and compliance teams behind you.
The Role:
Deliver RTITB-accredited training courses on Counterbalance, Reach, Pallet Trucks and more
Train individuals and groups in line with pre-set course plans and RTITB standards
Conduct assessments, practical demonstrations and final testing
Submit accurate and timely training records for NORS registration
Maintain high standards of instruction and client site compliance
Adapt training to meet individual learner needs and company procedures
The Person:
Current RTITB Registered Instructor (or able to convert from ITSSAR/AITT/NPORS)
3+ years' experience operating lift trucks and instructing others
Confident, professional communicator with strong presentation skills
Comfortable working independently and managing own schedule
Excellent admin and IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites
