In this flexible role, you will deliver engaging, compliant RTITB training programmes on-site for a variety of clients, with the full support of our admin and compliance teams behind you.
The Role:


  • Deliver RTITB-accredited training courses on Counterbalance, Reach, Pallet Trucks and more

  • Train individuals and groups in line with pre-set course plans and RTITB standards

  • Conduct assessments, practical demonstrations and final testing

  • Submit accurate and timely training records for NORS registration

  • Maintain high standards of instruction and client site compliance

  • Adapt training to meet individual learner needs and company procedures


The Person:


  • Current RTITB Registered Instructor (or able to convert from ITSSAR/AITT/NPORS)

  • 3+ years' experience operating lift trucks and instructing others

  • Confident, professional communicator with strong presentation skills

  • Comfortable working independently and managing own schedule

  • Excellent admin and IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites
