I'm currently working with a leading food manufacturer in Peterborough who are looking to add a Quality Coordinator to their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that genuinely invests in its people and offers brilliant progression prospects.

What You'll Be Doing:


You'll play a key role in maintaining and developing the company's quality systems, making sure everything runs like clockwork when it comes to compliance, audits, and product standards.
Day to day, you'll be:

  • Managing and improving systems to ensure compliance with food safety and customer requirements
  • Ensuring full traceability and investigating any customer complaints
  • Overseeing daily Quality Control checks across production
  • Keeping all specifications and compliance documentation accurate and up to date
  • Conducting internal audits and supporting external/regulatory audits and visits
  • Promoting GMP and hygiene across the site
  • Carrying out finished goods checks to ensure standards are met
  • Playing an active role in the HACCP team
  • Supporting the continuous improvement of the overall Quality System

About You:


You'll ideally have experience within a food manufacturing or quality assurance environment and a solid understanding of food safety standards.

Most importantly, you'll have a keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and a proactive attitude toward maintaining high standards.
