Are you ready to drive your career forward in the Transport & Logistics industry? We're on the lookout for a passionate and dedicated Flexi Driver/Operative to join our dynamic team! If you have a Flexi Bendi licence (in date or expired), warehouse experience, and a knack for manual handling, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

As a Flexi Driver/Operative, you will play a vital role in our ingredient packaging process. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Operating our ingredient packaging equipment and ensuring all items are packed safely and efficiently for our valued customers.
  • Picking, packing, wrapping, and dispatching customer orders with precision.
  • Performing light maintenance on plant machinery to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Maintaining a clean and hazard-free warehouse environment.
  • Adhering to safety regulations and compliance policies to safeguard yourself and your colleagues.
  • Updating systems and paper records in line with our Standard Operating Procedures.

Your Responsibilities Will Also Include:

  • Preparing and packing ingredients for storage while accurately recording inventory locations.
  • Identifying issues or risks and addressing them promptly, or escalating to the Warehouse Supervisor as necessary.
  • Storing stock items under the correct conditions and within prescribed time frames.
  • Recording all inventory items accurately and efficiently.

Hours:

    • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 14:00 to 22:30, with a 30-minute lunch break.

Essential Skills and Experience:

      • Ability to operate manufacturing machinery, including physical loading and unloading of products.
      • Proficiency with IT systems for effective data entry.
      • Flexi bendi license in date or expired.
      • Previous experience in warehouse operations within a distribution business.
