Role Responsibilities

  • Grow the agency’s market share to become the leading presence in the area

  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals

  • Maximise branch profitability and meet all financial targets

  • Support and manage team performance through regular reviews, one-to-ones, and daily meetings

  • Drive results through team leadership, planning, and execution

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience in estate agency and customer service

  • Results-driven, with a strong track record of achieving targets

  • Capable of leading and motivating a team

  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and professional in approach

  • Strong presentation and communication skills

  • Organised and proactive, with the ability to drive local market growth

  • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (insured for business use)
