What We're Looking For
We understand that finding Motorsport recruitment experience in Peterborough might be a stretch, so we're not expecting you to have it.
What we are looking for:
- A proven recruitment consultant with strong delivery and business development skills
- Someone who enjoys working in a fast-moving, specialist sector
- An interest in Motorsport, Engineering or Automotive - helpful for understanding the roles and speaking your candidates' language
You'll have a busy desk from day one, with both the autonomy and the support to develop something long-lasting.
