Salary: £40,000 Base + £100,000 OTE (Uncapped)

About the Role

You’ll:

  • Convert qualified leads from events, marketing campaigns, and inbound enquiries
  • Run high-impact discovery calls, business consultations, and closing presentations
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead to close
  • Attend and sell at national industry events
  • Manage your pipeline proactively using CRM and daily KPIs
  • Work closely with your Sales Manager and team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Represent the brand with professionalism, energy, and confidence

About You

  • Proven closer in B2B or high-ticket sales
  • Consistently hits and exceeds monthly revenue targets
  • Confident communicator with strong presentation and objection-handling skills
  • Coachable, ambitious, and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Highly motivated by personal growth, competition, and financial success.
