Location: Peterborough

As the business continues to grow, we're looking for a Key Account Coordinator to join the team and play a vital role in strengthening customer relationships and driving operational excellence.

The Role:

You'll be the key point of contact for major clients, ensuring their journey from order to delivery runs smoothly while identifying opportunities to enhance their experience.

Key responsibilities include:

· Overseeing the full order process to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

· Configuring customer accounts within internal systems for optimal efficiency.

· Handling client claims with speed and professionalism.

· Monitoring delivery timelines and product conditions on arrival.

· Tracking and analysing KPIs related to service and operational performance.

· Maintaining up-to-date, accurate records in the CRM system.

· Offering guidance and tailored support to customers using the company's products.

· Collaborating with Area Sales Managers to proactively address account needs.

· Managing compensation and refund processes with a customer-first approach.

· Continually improving internal procedures around client feedback and issue resolution.


What We're Looking For:

· Proven experience in a similar account management or sales support role.

· Fluency in English (native or C2 level) - Speaking Spanish would be advantageous.

· A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset and strong communication skills.

· Experience working with SAP and CRM tools.

· Knowledge of logistics, marketing, or purchasing processes.

· Willingness to travel occasionally as part of the role.
