Key Account Manager
Taskmaster Recruitment are looking to recruit a Key Account Manager to work for our client based at their site in Hampton, Peterborough (PE7).
The role:
Overseeing the entire order process, ensuring that orders are processed correctly and on time.
Ensure that customers are correctly parameterised in the system to optimise their experience and facilitate the management of their orders.
Manage customer claims efficiently, ensuring a quick and satisfactory resolution.
Constantly monitor order deliveries and ensure that they arrive on time and in the agreed conditions.
Monitor industry and customer service related KPIs, ensuring compliance with set targets.
Manage the company's CRM tool to maintain an organised and detailed record of all customer interactions.
Providing assistance to customers on the use of our products, resolving doubts and providing customised solutions.
Maintain fluid communication with Area Sales Managers to anticipate their needs and resolve incidents efficiently.
Manage refund or compensation policies to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure that records of activities and communication with each Area Sales Managers are accurate and up to date.
Create and improve procedures for customer feedback and complaint resolution.
Skills and Experience:
Experience in a similar position.
Native English or C2 level.
Working in a team.
Experience in SAP.
Knowledge of purchasing, marketing and logistics.
Willingness to travel.
Salary: £28,000 with a potential to earn up to £15,000 in commission.
Hours: Monday to Friday: 9am -5pm with an 1 hour lunch break.
