We are currently supporting our client based in Peterborough, who are recruiting for a Finance Assistant. This is a full-time office-based role, and ideally you will have experience in a similar role.
Typical duties include:
- Reconciling and allocating payments
- Ensuring any invoices are processed accurately and efficiently
- Investigating any discrepancies and supporting with any client queries
- Ensuring any general administration duties are completed in a timely manner
- Helping with any other ad-hoc tasks to support the finance function
You will have:
- An aptitude for numbers and/or studying towards AAT
- Strong excel skillset and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage own workload
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
