This role is suitable for teachers who specialise inBiology, Chemistry, Physics, orGeneral Scienceand are comfortable teaching students acrossKey Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality science lessons to KS3 and KS4 students

Plan, prepare and assess work in line with curriculum expectations

Create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment

Support student progress and attainment through effective teaching

Uphold high standards of classroom management and behaviour

Collaborate with school staff and contribute to the wider school community
Ideal Candidate Will Have:

UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

A degree in a relevant science subject (Biology, Chemistry, Physics)

Experience teaching science in a UK secondary school

Strong subject knowledge and effective behaviour management

Flexibility to adapt to different school environments

An Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
