I C Talent Recruitment is currently looking for a dynamic and dedicated Science Teacher to work in one of our partner secondary schools. This role is suitable for teachers who specialise in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or General Science and are comfortable teaching students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.

We welcome applications from both experienced teachers and ECTs who are passionate about science education and want to inspire the next generation of scientists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality science lessons to KS3 and KS4 students

  • Plan, prepare and assess work in line with curriculum expectations

  • Create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment

  • Support student progress and attainment through effective teaching

  • Uphold high standards of classroom management and behaviour

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

  • A degree in a relevant science subject (Biology, Chemistry, Physics)

  • Experience teaching science in a UK secondary school

  • Strong subject knowledge and effective behaviour management

  • Flexibility to adapt to different school environments

  • An Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
