Responsibilities:Deliver high-quality, tailored lessons for pupils with SEND (mild to moderate learning needs).Develop and adapt individualised education plans (IEPs) and track student progress.Work closely with the SENCO, support staff, and subject teachers to ensure inclusive access to the curriculum.Build positive, trusting relationships with students and their families.Maintain a safe, engaging, and structured classroom environment.?? Ideal Candidate:UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or substantial experience teaching students with SEND in UK schools.Strong understanding of a variety of special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.Ability to differentiate effectively and implement EHCPs.A patient, resilient, and empathetic teaching style.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.??
