Pay Rate: ££80-100 per day per day (dependent on experience and responsibilities)
Qualification: Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant
 

Key Responsibilities

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with our teachers to support the educational and personal development of secondary-aged children. You will:

  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to students.
  • Assist in preparing classroom materials and creating a stimulating learning environment.
  • Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive atmosphere.
  • Support students with special educational needs (SEN).

The Ideal Candidate:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
  • Experience working with children in a school or similar setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, creativity, and a proactive attitude.
  • A genuine passion for education and child development.
