- Act as the main contact between customers and workshop teams
- Book and schedule servicing, MOTs and repairs for HGV Commercial VehiclesÂ
- Liaise with suppliers, order parts and manage job cards through to invoicing
- Provide regular updates to customers and handle queries professionally
- Support colleagues to achieve performance targets
- Maintain a clean, professional reception area
- Take part in ongoing training and development
- Minimum 3 years’ experience ideally in the HGV commercial vehicle automotive service or repair sector althought light vehicle would be considered
- Strong customer service skills and excellent written & verbal communication
- IT Literate familiar with automotive databases
- Highly organised, detail-focused and comfortable under pressure
- Enthusiastic, flexible and a strong team player
- Valid driving licence required
