Service Advisor (Automotive - Cars - light vehicle LCV sector)

Salary: Up to £35k Basic Salary depending on experience + Benefits

Location: Peterborough

Working hours: 8 - 5  Full time, although there are flexible working hours available

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Advisor (Automotive) to join a well-established and growing automotive service team.

• Act as the main contact between customers and workshop teams
• Book and schedule servicing, MOTs and repairs for Vehicles - cars and vans 
• Liaise with suppliers, order parts and manage job cards through to invoicing
• Provide regular updates to customers and handle queries professionally
• Support colleagues to achieve performance targets
• Maintain a clean, professional reception area
• Take part in ongoing training and development

• Minimum 3 years' experience ideally in the HGV commercial vehicle automotive service or repair sector although light vehicle would be considered
• Strong customer service skills and excellent written & verbal communication
• IT Literate, familiar with automotive databases GDS 
• Highly organised, detail-focused and comfortable under pressure
• Enthusiastic, flexible and a strong team player
• Valid driving licence required
