Job Duties:
  • Provide support and assistance to individuals with physical or mental health needs
  • Assist in personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support clients in daily activities and encourage independence
  • Follow care plans and ensure the well-being of service users
  • Document and report any changes in clients' conditions
Required Qualifications:
  • NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • Experience working in a similar role
  • Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically
  • Driver with access to a vechicle 
Education:

Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths

Experience:

Prior experience in a care or support role

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Understanding of safeguarding and health and safety procedures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach
Preferred Qualifications:
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
  • First Aid certification
Working Conditions:
