Job Duties:- Provide support and assistance to individuals with physical or mental health needs
- Assist in personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support clients in daily activities and encourage independence
- Follow care plans and ensure the well-being of service users
- Document and report any changes in clients' conditions
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
- Experience working in a similar role
- Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically
- Driver with access to a vechicleÂ
Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths
Experience:Prior experience in a care or support role
Knowledge and Skills:- Understanding of safeguarding and health and safety procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
- First Aid certification
This role involves working with vulnerable individuals in a healthcare setting. Shift work may be required, including evenings and weekends. The ability to handle challenging situations with sensitivity and professionalism is essential.
