?? About the Role

As a Learning Disability Caseworker, you’ll deliver multi-channel, end-to-end advice to individuals with a learning disability and their families. You’ll manage a caseload across key areas including social care, welfare benefits, housing, health, employment, and transitions to adulthood.

You’ll be a subject matter expert in one advice area, contribute to safeguarding efforts, and support our storytelling function by gathering impactful case studies. This is a fast-paced, emotionally rewarding role where your professionalism and resilience will shine.

  • Provide tailored advice across multiple channels

  • Manage and record client enquiries efficiently

  • Maintain high standards of advice quality and throughput

  • Attend 1:1s, supervision, and training sessions

  • Represent the service at events and share knowledge with peers

  • Deliver presentations and contribute to team learning

  • Uphold safeguarding procedures and challenge when necessary
