SEN Teaching Assistant - Full-Time, Permanent

About the Role:

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with a range of learning needs, including autism, communication difficulties, and associated challenges. Working closely with teachers, therapists, and other professionals, you will help to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment where every child can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups

  • Promoting positive behaviour and social interaction

  • Supporting sensory, emotional, and academic development

  • Working collaboratively with staff and families to ensure consistent support
