We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced QTS Teacher to join our esteemed partnered SEN school based in Market Deeping. The school provides a nurturing and empowering environment for children with diverse learning needs, and we need someone who is dedicated to helping every student achieve their fullest potential.
About the Role :
As an integral part of the school's team, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic development of the SEN students. This will involve :
- Creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and understood.
- Planning and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to individual learning styles and needs.
- Implementing creative and therapeutic approaches to manage behaviour and support emotional regulation.
- Working collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and parents to provide a holistic and consistent approach to each child's development.
About You:
- You are a qualified teacher holding QTS or equivalent.
- You are patient, empathetic, and resilient, with a passion for making a real difference in the lives of vulnerable children.
- You are available to start this rewarding role immediately.

- A competitive daily rate of £150 - £220, dependent on experience.
