- Coordinate with hauliers and 3PL warehouses to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of customer orders
- Arrange UK, European, and international shipments using approved carriers
- Prepare accurate dispatch and export documentation
- Monitor and support key performance indicators such as OTIF
- Manage logistics-related complaints and provide customer responses
- Raise haulier purchase orders and resolve payment queries
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar transport or logistics planning role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High attention to detail with excellent organisational and analytical abilities
- Ability to adapt and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with M3 ERP system is advantageous (training will be provided)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
