Due to continued success and expansion, they are now looking to bring an enthusiastic and target-driven Telesales Advisor on board at their Peterlee-based contact centre.
The Role
As a Telesales Advisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving growth by speaking directly with potential and existing customers. Your focus will be on understanding their needs and offering tailored connectivity solutions. Key Responsibilities

Making outbound calls to both new and existing customers to promote services and close sales.

Ideal Candidate

Previous experience in telesales, outbound calling, or phone-based customer service.
