What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Sell and Cross-Sell a range of utility services to new and existing customers.
  • Handle Inbound & Outbound Leads - engage prospects and close deals.
  • Own the Sales Process -the more you close, the more you earn.
  • Use CRM Tools (Salesforce) to manage your pipeline and track performance.
  • Overcome Objections with skill and resilience - every "no" brings you closer to a "yes."
  • Stay Organised and Strategic - prioritise leads and maximise conversions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ Year Proven Sales Experience - you're no stranger to hitting targets.
  • Confidence and Charisma - you're comfortable engaging with all kinds of people.
  • Resilience and Drive - you love the chase and thrive in a competitive environment.
  • Strong Organisation and Self-Motivation -you manage your time like a pro.
  • Tech Fluency - confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Bonus: Experience in utilities or telecoms is a plus!
