The School and Role
A welcoming school in Peterlee is seeking a full-time Nursery Teaching Assistant to work within the 2-year-old provision. Hours are 8:15am–4:00pm, Monday to Friday. The role involves supporting children’s learning and development through play, following the EYFS framework, and helping create a nurturing, safe environment. Experience in early years and working with 2-year-olds is desirable. The school offers a supportive, inclusive setting where every child is encouraged to thrive and grow.
Requirements:
The desired Teaching Assistant will have;
- Experience of working within EYFS.
- Experience of working with pupils with SEND.
- A passion for the progress of pupils.
- An ability to work as part of a team.
