The Job:
Provide exceptional teaching across various subjects, ensuring high-quality learning experiences for students
Deliver engaging and ambitious lessons that support student development
Support the school's efforts in raising standards of teaching and learning across departments
Offer specialist subject expertise to assist departmental staff
Monitor progress towards agreed educational goals
Contribute to the implementation of school-wide policies and initiatives
Plan and facilitate professional learning workshops
The Successful Candidate Will:
Hold a teaching qualification
Hold a degree or equivalent
Demonstrate outstanding teaching practice with excellent behaviour management
Have experience with lesson observations and providing robust feedback
Have experience with improvement planning and implementing strategies to raise student achievement
Have a proven track record of excellent results at KS3/KS4
Be experienced in pupil tracking and feedback practices
Have experience supporting students with SEN needs (including ASC and SEMH) when required
