Your new roleWe have an exciting opportunity for you to join the Responsive Repairs team as a multi-skilled operative with a high skill level as a Carpenter where you'll be working around Petersfield, Horndean, Southampton and surrounding area.
You will be a multi-skilled operative responsible for the delivery of carpentry maintenance repairs/installations, as well as being capable of additional types of work with your skill set.
Working as a great team player, you'll be carrying out work and installations to properties in an efficient and effective manner ensuring that all works are in accordance to a good building maintenance practice.
Your day-to-day tasks will include- carrying out carpentry repairs and installations to our properties in an efficient and effective manner, - ensuring that all works are planned, programmed and completed to the satisfaction of our customers. You will be on call - 1 in around 8 weeks - Where you will be paid a £157 p/w standby and £55.42 fix first attendance. You will need a full driving licenseWhat you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced carpenter and multi trader who ideally has social housing experience and property maintenance.
You will have a full driving license What you'll get in return£23.70 p/h umbrella + Van
