Experience: we are looking for candidates with the below experience

Leadership or team management experience.

Previous experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment.

Previous roles such as Team Leader, Cell Leader, Line Leader, etc.

Competitive Pay: Up to 15.52 per hour dependant on experience.

Nights: 11 pm - 7 am

Full Time: Work full-time 5 days a week

Your Duties:

Lead a small team of operatives to ensure daily production targets and quality standards are met

Train and mentor team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment

Monitor workflow, identify areas for improvement, and liaise with supervisors to resolve issues

Ensuring quality standards are adhered to.

Ensure full compliance with Quality, Health and Safety at Work, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at all times.

To work within clearly defined KPIs
