What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Managing a substantial portfolio of residential rental properties
- Handling maintenance coordination and property inspections
- Managing relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Issuing relevant legal notices and processing documentation
- Problem-solving efficiently and calmly under pressure
- Ensuring compliance with current property legislation
- Prioritising tasks and maintaining a highly organised workload
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Minimum of 12 months’ experience in property management or lettings administration
- High standard of customer service and communication skills
- Confident telephone manner and professional appearance
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently
- Knowledge of the Petersfield area (advantageous)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- A professional and proactive attitude
