Are you a nurturing and qualified Nursery Practitioner with a passion for early years education?
GSL Education are seeking a dedicated Level 2 or 3 practitioner to join a supportive early years setting in Pevensey. The role focuses on delivering high-quality care in line with the EYFS framework and taking on key person responsibilities.

About the Role:

  • Support children aged 0–5 through child-led and play-based learning

  • Plan and deliver activities in line with EYFS outcomes

  • Take responsibility for a group of key children, including observations and progress tracking

  • Promote a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment

Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds a full and relevant Level 2 or 3 early years qualification

  • Sound understanding of the EYFS curriculum

  • Familiar with safeguarding procedures and confident in implementing them

  • Passionate about supporting children’s early development
