NonStop Care is currently working with a therapeutic residential 3 bedded start-up home in Pevensey, West Sussex to find a Therapeutic Deputy Manager who can start as soon as possible. They are a small, therapeutic home with room for maximum 3 children, under the age of 5-8 years old, infant school who have experienced severe trauma. This service will be specifically designed to support children with trauma, with a trauma informed approach and highly focused on therapeutic care.

Responsibilities
As a Therapeutic Deputy Manager you will join a start-up home that has a Registered Manager and Responsible Individual in place. Your role will offer support to the Registered Manager to support the development of a new children s home. The home will have input from experts in clinical fields and guidance from an Ofsted consultant.
