KS1/KS2 Teaching Assistant – Full-Time, Long-Term Contract

Pay: £89.05 – £100 per day
Hours: 08:30 – 15:30

Supply Desk is a nationwide education recruitment company specialising in Primary, Secondary, and SEND education. We are currently working with primary schools in the Pevensey Bay area and are looking to recruit dedicated Teaching Assistants to support pupils in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 on a long-term, full-time basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build strong relationships within a school community, contribute to pupils’ progress, and provide consistent support across the academic year.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting class teachers in the delivery of engaging and inclusive lessons
• Providing targeted one-to-one or small group support, including for pupils with additional needs
• Assisting with classroom organisation and general administrative duties
• Helping to maintain a safe, nurturing, and positive learning environment for all students

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience working in a school or similar educational setting preferred
• Passion for supporting children’s learning and development
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A flexible, reliable, and caring approach to classroom support
• A current, enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
