I have a great opportunity for two x Assistant Site Managers to join a Volume House Builder in East Sussex. You will be joining an established site finishing off the last 105 units on a large scale development.
Reporting to the established Contracts Manager and Construction Director have identified this site as a possible award winning site of the future.
Responsibilities:
- Managing health and safety
- Build strong relationships with the contractors on site to coordinate the individual trades to ensure they are meeting build targets.
- Working with customer care to ensure all customer journey plans are adhered to from start to finish.
- Working alongside NHBC to carry out plot inspections and key site
- Mentoring and developing all trainees and apprentices across the site.
Key Attributes:
- Experienced Assistant Site Manager with a minimum of 3 years in Volume House Building.
- Fully conversant in NHBC standards.
- SMSTS, First Aid, Scaffold Inspection.
- Site sizes from (Apply online only) units as a minimum.
On offer is a basic salary of £50,000 - £55,000  plus car / allowance, pension, healthcare, 25 days leave, bonus
