Shifts: Days & Nights (Shift Rotation)
We are looking for an experienced Injection Moulding Setter to join our clients growing manufacturing team in Pickering. This company specialises in producing high-quality automotive components and parts for the construction industry, supplying major brands with precision-engineered products.
Key Responsibilities
- Set, operate, and optimise injection moulding machines
- Complete tool changes efficiently and safely
- Diagnose and resolve moulding issues to maintain production quality
- Carry out routine maintenance and ensure machinery runs smoothly
- Work closely with production and quality teams to meet targets
- Maintain accurate production and process records
- Ensure all work follows health & safety and quality standards
About You
- Previous experience as an Injection Moulding Setter is essential
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of machine parameters, tooling, and materials
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible to work rotating day and night shifts
