Beyond Talent Solutions are working exclusively with this well established organisation based in north Lincolnshire to recruit an experienced Credit Controller on a temporary basis to support the team during a busy period. This role is joining a fantastic team, and you will be fully trained and supported on their inhouse accounting systems.
Credit Controller responsibilities include:
- Chasing outstanding monies via telephone and email
- Helping to resolve any accounts queries.
- Responsible for running credit checks on customers
- Setting up of credit limit and payment terms
- Raise credit notes
- Maintain and update customer files for name and address changes.
- Analysing and posting of incoming customer payments onto Customer accounts.
- Requesting remittances from customers and reconciling account differences.
The candidate will have:
- Previous Credit Control experience - Required
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal - Required
- High attention to detail and a levels of accuracy - Required
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel - Required
- Positive can-do attitude - Required
- Strong customer service skills - Required
