Day-to-day of the role:- Lead daily kitchen operations ensuring high standards of food quality and safety.
- Manage and mentor kitchen staff to foster a collaborative and efficient environment.
- Plan and execute seasonal menus and event-specific dishes that delight our guests.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organisation to uphold health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with management to enhance guest satisfaction and overall dining experience.
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a senior kitchen leadership role.
- Culinary diploma or equivalent hands-on experience in a similar setting.
- Strong leadership and time management skills to effectively manage kitchen operations.

- In-depth knowledge of kitchen safety and hygiene standards.
- £33,000 base salary for a 45-hour week.
