Day-to-day of the role:- Greet and assist visitors with appointments and walk-ins in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests.
- Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for legal staff.
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, photocopying, and mailing.
- Support legal staff with administrative tasks as needed.
- Experience as a receptionist in professional services or medical sectors is advantageous but not required.
- Bright, keen, and confident with a good attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new software.
