Job Role: CNC Grinder
Location: Nottingham
Shift: Nights Monday to Thursday
Pay Rate: 19.00 per hour - 22.00 per hour

The company:
A well-established engineering business serving the pharmaceutical and manufacturing sectors, with a strong focus on precision engineering is looking for a CNC Grinder to join their growing production team.
The CNC Grinder Candidate:
- At least 2 years of grinding experience (required)
- Proficient in setting and operating CNC Anca 3- and 5-axis machines
- Capable of editing programs and working to tight tolerances
- Strong understanding of technical drawings and quality standards
- Able to work independently and operate multiple machines
The CNC Grinder Responsibilities:
- Setup, program, and run CNC grinding machinery
- Maintain quality, productivity, and schedule adherence
- Follow 6S and safety protocols
- Communicate effectively within the team
- Contribute to process improvements and equipment development
