This is a full-time, permanent position offering £40,000 per annum, accommodation, and the rare opportunity to truly make the kitchen and menu your own.

Whether youre a seasoned Head Chef or a talented Sous Chef ready to step up, this is your chance to build something special from the ground upwith the full support of a welcoming local community.

Key responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of kitchen operations

• Lead and inspire the kitchen team

• Manage supplier relationships and ordering

• Oversee food cost control and kitchen budgeting

• Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and quality
