Please note: These are live-out positions, so candidates must be able to commute to the workplace reliably
Sous Chef
- Salary: £34,000 per annum
- Role: Lead and inspire the kitchen team, oversee daily operations, and ensure the highest quality of food preparation and presentation.
- Requirements: Proven experience in a similar role, strong leadership skills, and a passion for Scottish cuisine.
Chef de Partie
- Pay: From £14 per hour
- Role: Manage a specific section of the kitchen, maintain high standards, and contribute to menu development
- Requirements: Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment and a commitment to excellence
Fryer
- Pay: £14 per hour
- Role: Prepare and cook fried items to perfection, ensuring consistency and quality
- Requirements: Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
