F&B Supervisor - Loch Rannoch Hotel, Spa & Estate

£13 per hour | Full-time | Beautiful Highland Location

About Us: Nestled on the shores of Loch Rannoch, our luxury hotel offers exceptional dining experiences across multiple venues including The Estate Room, Wild Brownie Bar, and Rannoch Larder. We're seeking an experienced F&B Supervisor to join our passionate team and help deliver outstanding service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of F&B assistants
  • Ensure exceptional service standards across all dining venues
  • Manage daily operations and staff scheduling
  • Handle guest inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Support training and development of new team members
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Assist in stock control and inventory management

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory experience in hospitality
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Personal license holder preferred (but not essential)
