The successful candidate will take responsibility for a varied portfolio of private clients, including high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and trusts, providing tailored tax planning and compliance services. This is a key role within the firm and will involve working closely with Partners and senior stakeholders to further enhance the private client tax offering. The position provides a clear route for progression and the opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction of the department.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of private clients, including high-net-worth individuals and trusts
- Providing comprehensive tax planning and advisory services
- Reviewing compliance work and overseeing the delivery of high-quality client service
- Supporting the Partners with strategic initiatives and business development activities
- Leading, mentoring, and developing junior members of the tax team
- CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Extensive experience in personal tax compliance and advisory services
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills
- Excellent technical knowledge and commercial awareness
- Must have a minimum of 5 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
