Client Services AdministratorLocation: Plymouth - Hybrid Working (1 - 2 days in the office and the rest from home)
  • Job Type: Full-time - Temporary initially however could be extended to FTC or Perm.

Join our team as a Client Services Administrator where you will manage client needs and deliver exceptional service. This role suits someone who is detail-oriented and adept at managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities:
  • Enquiry Management: Handle initial client enquiries, including quoting and selecting suppliers.
  • Booking Management: Confirm bookings with suppliers, send joining instructions, and manage purchase orders.
  • Event Administration: Oversee the administration of events post-booking.
  • Reporting & Data: Assist in compiling reports and ensure accurate invoicing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in a B2B client-focused environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Minimum GCSE grade C in English and Maths or equivalent.
