Responsibilities:- Enquiry Management: Handle initial client enquiries, including quoting and selecting suppliers.
- Booking Management: Confirm bookings with suppliers, send joining instructions, and manage purchase orders.
- Event Administration: Oversee the administration of events post-booking.
- Reporting & Data: Assist in compiling reports and ensure accurate invoicing.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Excellent planning and organizational abilities.

- Experience in a B2B client-focused environment.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
