Salary: 30,443 per year (including shift premium)

This is a hands-on role offering long-term stability and the opportunity to build technical skills in a structured manufacturing environment.
What Your Days Could Look Like:
Set up and operate CNC machinery, ensuring smooth and accurate production.
Perform gauge checks and report any defects.
Ensure correct tooling is fitted and complete performance checklists.
Follow safety procedures and participate in ongoing training.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 3 years' experience in machine operation.
CNC experience preferred.
Consistent work history (no gaps greater than 3 months).
Ability to work alternate shifts (rotating (Apply online only) / (Apply online only)).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment essential.
