Due to growth, they are currently for a Quality Group Leader to oversee the Technicians.

  • Conduct risk assessments, audits, 6s, drive NPI, continuous improvement and non-conformance activities. Develop the team by carrying out regular appraisals and individual development plans
  • Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm, 3:30pm finish on Fridays
  • Salary up op £46,000 dependent on experience plus monthly and yearly bonus scheme, life insurance 3x salary, pension contributions matched to 5%.

The person:

  • Leadership experience in a quality environment
  • Knowledge of measurement techniques, repeatability and reproducibility
  • Six Sigma Green Belt and/or CMI Level 3 in management - desirable but not essential
