We're looking for a Facilities & Maintenance Administrator to join a dynamic team supporting a thriving head office operation in Plymouth.This is your chance to be the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes – a key player who’s confident juggling tasks, solving problems, and keeping things in check across multiple sites. What you'll be doing:
  • Logging maintenance jobs and keeping everything tracked and up to date
  • Liaising with stores and contractors to ensure jobs are completed efficiently
  • Reconciling job lists, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks
  • Keeping accurate records, managing compliance certificates, quotes & invoice
  • Assisting with monthly reporting and ad hoc admin
  • Jumping in with solutions when issues arise – you're the fixer!

  • Solid Excel skills and confidence working with systems
